How Apex handles
your personal data.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The little personal data that reaches us is listed below.
What this site collects
This website is a static set of pages. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and does not log your visit. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup form, and no tracking pixel. Page requests reach our hosting provider, TransIP (Netherlands), which keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent) for a short period, to keep the site secure and running.
When you contact Apex
Email links on this site open your own mail client and send a message to info@apexpartnerships.nl. Danny reads your message personally, and keeps your message and email address so he can reply and, if a working relationship begins, stay in touch. Apex does not enrich, append, or share your contact details with third parties.
The brand-inquiry links on the category pages work the same way. They are pre-filled email drafts; you control what is sent.
When you book a call
The “Book a call” button opens a booking page on Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool. When you book, Cal.com receives your name, email, and chosen time slot. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy, available on its site. Apex receives the booking notification by email.
Third-party links
This site links externally to LinkedIn and to Cal.com. If you follow one of those links, that service's own privacy policy applies. No data about you is shared with them in advance of your click.
Your rights under the GDPR
If Apex holds personal data about you (essentially: your past correspondence with us), you have the right to ask what we hold, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to info@apexpartnerships.nl; we respond within thirty days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
