Our approach

Six weeks
to signature.

Every deal runs on the same six-week clock. Urgency is built in — not performed.

Week 1

First contact

Direct outreach to the right person — CMO, Head of Brand, or CEO. Three candidates per category approached at the same time. That's not a tactic. It's how it works.

Week 2

First conversation

A proper conversation — not a pitch. What do you need? What matters to you? What would make this worth doing?

Week 3–5

Proposal & terms

A proposal built around their business, not a template. Terms negotiated. The exclusivity clause doesn't move.

Week 6

Signed

Deal done. Category closed. The other candidates are informed. We move to activation.

What actually happens between first contact and the first campaign going live.

Week 1
Direct outreach to the decision-maker

No cold email chains. We go straight to the CMO or Head of Brand. Three candidates per category, contacted at the same time.

Week 2
A real conversation

30 minutes. We listen first. What does the brand actually need? Where does the value sit? Then we explain how the exclusivity works.

Week 3
Proposal

Built specifically for them — not a standard deck. What activation looks like, what it costs, what they get. Clear and simple.

Weeks 4–5
Negotiation

We work through the terms. Scope, timeline, legal. The exclusivity clause stays. Everything else can be discussed.

Week 6
Signed

Contract executed. Category locked. Announcement on the brand's terms. The other candidates are told the slot is gone.

Weeks 8–12
First activation live

Within 90 days of signing, something is out in the world. Content, events, press — whatever was agreed. The partnership becomes visible.

I've spent my career building commercial partnerships — in enterprise technology and in sport. The skill is the same in both: find the right match, structure it properly, and close it.

Right now I'm Director of Strategic Partnerships at a global technology company, building their partner network across Europe and North America. Apex is where I apply the same approach to elite sport and brand.

Dutch. Based in Amsterdam. I speak English and Dutch fluently. I'm direct, I move quickly, and I don't overcomplicate things.
